History
Most people associated with martial arts know the history of the legendary Bruce Lee. In 1959, Bruce started training in the US while going to college in Seattle. Several martial artists would train with Bruce in parking lots or where ever they could find space. One of his training partners was Ronald Kaloloha. Ron was from the Island of Hawaii and a Black Belt in Kempo Karate.
In 1964, using Ron’s 1958 Desoto, Bruce and Linda Lee moved to Oakland and Ron returned to Hawaii. Before going Bruce encouraged Ron to continue in the art by teaching what he had learned and continue to grow by what he would discover.
